RESOLVED that Councillor Jane Mortimer be elected as Chair of the meeting.

APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

To consider a report by the Environment and Regulation Manager (report number 19/096). This report seeks the determination by the Licensing Sub-Committee of an application for the grant of a premises licence where one or more relevant representations has been received.

 

Minutes:

The Licensing Sub-Committee considered a report of the Environment and Regulation Manager (Report 19/096).

 

(i)            The Sub-Committee had sight of the statement of John Kirchner-Waines and the submissions from Mr Taylor, photos of spa.

 

(ii)          A visit was made to the premises on the day of the hearing.

 

RESOLVED that the Licence be granted for the following activities
