Ban The Staintondale Hunt from using the public cinder track for their hunts

We the undersigned petition the council to prevent the cinder track from being used by hunts. In particular, Staintondale Hunt, who have recently been using the cinder track to hunt with their large pack of hounds and riders on horseback.

Not only is this a hazard to public safety, the cinder track is adjacent to Whitby Wildlife Sanctuary, registered charity: 1165589. There are huge concerns about the hunt using this area which is just 200yds from the charity. WWS is a rescue and rehabilitation charity, caring for and protecting close to 3000 wildlife every year. This includes foxes and we believe the hunt are targeting this area purposefully. Though the huntmaster and its members have been asked where their scent trails are laid, they do not have this information and we believe they are hunting illegally.
